ColorPro

An ongoing collaboration around photography, filmmaking and the workflows behind visual storytelling.

ColorPro monitors are part of my production environment for reviewing material, comparing shots, selecting images and footage, building preselections and preparing projects before they move into final editing and finishing.

For me, they sit in an interesting space between accessibility and professional creative work. They can be a great starting point for photographers and filmmakers building their first more dedicated editing setup, while also fitting naturally into larger professional workflows where different workstations have different roles.

With thousands of photographs and hours of footage coming back from productions, not every screen in my workflow needs to serve the same purpose. What matters is having the right tool at the right stage – from the first review and selection to the dedicated systems used later in the process.

Beyond the monitors themselves, I have also joined the ColorPro Awards twice as an Advocate, supporting and celebrating photographers, filmmakers and visual storytellers from around the world.

For me, that makes the collaboration about more than technology. It connects the tools we use to develop our own work with a community discovering and creating new visual stories.

From first selections to new creators taking their first steps – visual storytelling starts long before the final image.
